SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
CelebrateGreece.com negotiates international and domestic distribution in all platforms (Broadcast, DVD, Internet, VOD, Mobile, etc.) for completed films and videos. We handle the business so that filmmakers and producers can focus on creating.
One of the main missions of CelebrateGreece.com is to help filmmakers find a new audience. We are looking for independent features and documentaries which may or may not have done well on the festival circuit whose DVD and Internet distribution rights are available. Some films may have achieved critical success, but never gained wide distribution. Other films may have never received any significant distribution at all. We are also very interested in films outside the festival circuit including short documentaries, news features and travelogues from talented filmmakers and citizen journalists.
Submission Policies
We accept submissions in all budget ranges and genres for feature films and documentaries. We handle all submitted materials in a confidential manner.
Please note: We do not return submitted materials.
--Completed Films/Documentaries Seeking Distribution
For completed films requiring producer's representation for distribution, send contact information, an original, completed and signed "RELEASE FOR UNSOLICITED MATERIALS" form, and a VHS or DVD screening copy to our office. We recommend that you send packages by Federal Express, DHL, UPS, or Priority Mail (USPS) and receive a tracking number for your package(s) so that you can be sure it was delivered. We will review your materials as soon as possible once we receive them. We will contact you to give you our feedback and discuss your goals for the film within the marketplace concerning finding and negotiating the various distribution platforms and tracking/collecting royalties for your film. Remember, you retain all the rights to your production.
Please upload ONLY your demo reel video(s) or a trailer to your production. Please DO NOT upload the full length version of your program(s) you wish us to consider for agent representation. We will contact you in due time. After you upload your video, please email us at CelebrateGreece.com to let us know the name of your submitted demo reel/video just to make sure we know you are seeking our Producer's Representation Services (Agent).
UPLOAD:
If your expectations are in line with what we think we can accomplish we will discuss what will be involved in having us represent you.
Once we have been engaged to be your producer representative we will book a time to discuss a strategy for your film for all rights theatrical, television and home entertainment. Then we will shop your film in order to provide opportunities for executives to simultaneously screen it at the studios, mini-majors and independent international and domestic distribution companies.
We successfully oversee, track and collect royalties and advances on behalf of the filmmaker because of our long standing business relationships, presence and experience within the distribution landscape.
